The Office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet Secretariat would like to congratulate Mr. Gyeltshen for being selected as the new Chief Research Officer, National Policy Coordination Division, Office of the Cabinet Affairs and Strategic Coordination. Mr. Gyeltshen served as Dy. Chief Research Officer in the Research & Evaluation Division, erstwhile Gross National Happiness Commission before formal being promoted to the post of Chief Research Officer through open competition.
