The Public Service Delivery Division, Prime Minister’s Office is pleased to announce the launch of the Integrated Service Center (ISC) and the Public Service Contact Center (PSCC – Toll-Free 1199) to transform public service delivery.

These citizen-centric initiatives are designed to:

1. Simplify access to government services

2. Improve delivery speed and efficiency

3. Promote a “Whole-of-Government” approach to better serve all citizens

Together, the ISC and PSCC represent a major step forward in making public services more responsive, inclusive, and accessible for everyone.
