Lyonchhen Dr Lotay Tshering met Mr. Kshatrapati Shivaji, Executive Director of Asian Development Bank – ADB at the Gyalyong Tshogkhang on 5th March, 2019.

Lyonchhen welcomed Mr. Shivaji to Bhutan and congratulated ADB on its fifth anniversary of the Bhutan Resident Mission.

ADB has been partnering with Bhutan through various programs of energy, transport, finance and urban development since 1982.
